Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting will be sent to all members.
General members (regular members) have voting rights. Please participate in the resolution by completing the proxy procedure on the day of the meeting or in advance of the meeting.

Date: Monday, December 12, 2022 from 5:00 p.m.
Venue: Online (Zoom Webinar)
Voting Matters:
　Proposal 1: Election of Directors
　Proposal 2: Partial amendment to the Articles of Incorporation
　　　　　　 Article 9: The number of vice presidents shall be increased from one to two in view of the workload and other factors.
　Item 3: Election of a Vice President if Item 2 is approved.
