The "Architectural Informatics Conference WEEK 2023" is over!!!!

The Japan Institute of Architectural Informatics WEEK 2023" was held for four days from March 4 (Sat.) to March 7 (Tue.), 2023.
This is a week of events that brings together projects initiated by each committee. The special project "KETNOTE" will feature a total of three video interviews. The archive will be available only for members.
Also, Building Information Student Review Award announcement open to the public!The Annual Academic Conference Round Table Sessions (Annual Academic Conference) will allow you to see the results of research and discussions by members of the society in action.

■Special Project "KEYNOTE

This year's WEEK special program, "KEYNOTE," will interview three architects under the theme of "Phygital Architecture.
Phygital" is a coined word that combines the words "physical" and "digital" to describe a state in which the physical environment and the information environment are fused together. As the fusion of physical and informational environment construction is accelerating in architecture, Chairman Yasushi Ikeda and Sai Ishizawa (Takenaka Corporation) were the listeners,Marjan Colletti (March 5, 19:00~20:00 LIVE), Güvenç Özel (open to public on YouTube during the event), Mark Foster Gage (open to public on YouTube during the event)The purpose of this project is to find out the essence of these issues from international experts in the form of an in-person interview.

CENSUS is a survey program for a wide range of practitioners, students, and researchers.
Both members and non-members are welcome to respond. The purpose of the survey is to identify the current state of architectural informatics in the context of daily practice and research activities, and to gain insight into developments and developments. Responses will take approximately 15 minutes. Please give us your frank opinions about your own environment and interests.

Challenge Final Review Part 2 + Fes2023 Announcement

We are pleased to announce the second Final Review of Challage, which took place between November 10 and December 8 last year.Challage is a nurturing activity committee that allows students to participate in a challenge to design a "housing complex" using content-generating AI by posting their creations on Instagram The Challage is an activity of the Cultivation Activities Committee, in which participants can participate by posting their works on Instagram. Following last year's Final Review, Professor Keita Kado (Chiba University) and participants will take the stage to discuss the production process and content-generating AI.
We will also announce Fes2023, which is scheduled to be held in April this year.

Annual Conference Roundtable Sessions

March 5 (Sun.) - 7 (Tue.), 2023 9:00 - 21:00 YouTube LIVE Streaming
Round Table Sessions will be held over three days. This session is a traditional research presentation-centered academic exchange
A new conference format is being developed with an eye to shifting the focus from academic exchanges to discussions on specific themes initiated by members.
Ceremony. Each session will consist of up to four panelists with a strong interest in the topic, including the session organizer,
You will have 60 minutes to discuss a topic prepared by the session organizer.
We expect in-depth discussions and exchanges of ideas on topics appropriate for the development and enlightenment of Architectural Informatics that are not available elsewhere. Discussions will be recorded and made available to the membership.
Thirteen sessions will be held this year.
