[Challenge's main purpose]
Fes," an intensive short term workshop organized by the Building Information Society of Japan's Fostering Activities Committee, is a place where participants from different positions and backgrounds gather to think about architecture and information and output their ideas. It is our hope that the experience gained in these tough few days will not only enhance individual skills, but also provide a valuable opportunity to gain new perspectives. In order to permanently increase the number of such opportunities, "Challenge" will be held to maintain and improve motivation for continuous learning about society and technology, which are developing and changing on a daily basis. Please join us as a place where you can meet various works, values, discussions, and people by creating and disseminating your works in a casual manner.

[Overview of Challenge 2022 "Image Generation AI"]
The progress of image generation AI (midjourney, DALL-E 2, stable diffusion) and other content generation AI has been remarkable, and AI creativity and collaboration between humans and AI are becoming important themes in design discussions. Through the casual act of transmitting your works, why don't you come into contact with these technologies and imagine the possibilities, even if only a little, in the midst of your hectic daily life? You may be able to get some hints about the affinities and differences with conventional design practices, and what kind of value and change they can create. The loose collective knowledge that takes advantage of the Internet space will also encourage the discovery of hints.
