The two-year term of the Board of Directors elected on November 30, 2020, will expire, and the election will be held in accordance with the rules of the Institute of Building Information Engineers. One of the 13 Directors to be elected will be Mr. Keisuke Toyoda, the Vice President at the time of the vote, in accordance with the rules of the Society. In this election, seven members will be elected from among the general membership by a vote of the general membership (regular members).

Please note that the electors and electors-elect for this election will be the general members of the Japan Institute of Building Information. Please note that free members, provisional members, student members, and supporting members are not eligible to vote.

Although the identity and enrollment of the voter will be verified at the time of voting, the ballot will be treated as a secret ballot, so that the subject of the ballot will not be identified or made known.
