[1] Application

If a paper published in the Journal of Architectural Informatics Society is found to contain a serious error or other mistake that needs to be corrected or withdrawn, a written request should be made to the Editorial Subcommittee of the Journal.
　(1) Correction
　　(a) For errors that do not affect the purpose or conclusions of the paper but that affect the validation of the research results.
　　(b) Minor corrections other than those listed above are not permitted.
　　(c) The person requesting the correction should submit an application form describing the following items and a statement of reasons in free format, and the corrected manuscript in a format following the guidelines for preparing manuscripts for submission.
　　(d) The scope of the correction should not exceed 1/3 of the entire paper.

　　　Title of the article
　　　Author's name
　　　Affiliations (list the affiliations of all authors on one line, in the order of position, department, and institution)
　　　Contact information (e-mail address) of the first author
　　　doi URL
　　Statement of Reasons
　　　Reason for correction
　　　○Explain in detail, including a comparison of sentences before and after correction.
　　　Corrected manuscript

　(2) Withdrawal
　　(a) A serious error that affects the purpose or conclusion of the paper.
　　(b) Withdrawals for reasons other than those listed above will not be accepted.
　　(c) The person proposing to withdraw shall submit an application form (free format) describing the following items

　　　Reason for Withdrawal

[2] Language

　(1) The application and statement of reasons should be written in Japanese or English.

[3] Judgment

　(1) The Editorial Subcommittee will decide whether or not to revise or withdraw the submitted manuscript.

[4] Cost

　(1) A fee of 30,000 yen per correction application shall be collected.
